Todo Lo Que Sube/oro

This Chilean duo formed by the Gomez brothers presents us with a double A-side single after their acclaimed "Loumania", a tribute album to Lou Reed. "Todo lo que sube" stands out for including electronic drums and a guitar and a delayed voice that immediately transports us to the rock and roll of the 50s. On the other hand, "Oro" presents a calmer rhythm, but it is also full of old school rock. A suggestive hypnotic guitar riff introduces us to a story that takes us to past times and to an atmosphere as desert as it is gloomy. The single also has an extra incentive: the cover is designed by Dr. Alderete, a prominent Argentine illustrator.
