Can you sell the productions of my group or my label?
In order for us to be able to correctly offer your productions on our site, we must have them in stock in our warehouse. Please contact email@example.com with the subject: DISTRIBUTION? For more information.
I have a shop, mail order or distribution, can I buy from you at the distribution rate?
All items listed are available at retail, but some have restrictions and exclusive rights outside the Benelux borders - For more information: www.sonicrendezvous.com
How long will my order take to arrive?
The availability and shipping dates on our site are approximations and are based on working days (excluding weekends and holidays). It all depends on local source or import availability. Please note that lead times may vary depending on the stocks of our suppliers and their availability. Orders are shipped via the Dutch Post, so delays may also vary depending on their delivery process. An order is not considered lost until 30 days from the date of shipment from our warehouse.
The delivery time on the site says: from 1 to 21 days. I waited longer than that. Why?
Our database contains information from around the world and some titles may experience additional delivery times. In some cases, the title you want may itself be out of stock with our supplier or directly at the original label.
I don't want to give my details on the web, what are my options?
We offer a number of options for people who do not wish to communicate personal information on the Internet. These details can communicated by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at Sugar and Spice at (+31) 5673030 Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm (European standard time).

I am not a business customer, can I buy from you anyway?
In that case you need to register at www.sugarandspice.fr to be able to buy from our catalog
I have no VAT nr but I am a retailer. How do I log in?
For costumers outside of the EU we do not need VAT nrs. Please send us a email at email@example.com and we will send you a retail login code.
Do you keep backorders?
We normally do keep 180 days backorders but when you first start to work with you we can discuss all the details. If you prefer to not keep backorders that is of course an option as well.
How long does it take before my order gets processed?
Our aim is to process your order the same day or at least within 24 hours.
What kind or fill-rate can I expect?
New priority release we can usually ship straight away or within a few days. Back catalog and vinyl might take a bit longer cause we do not stock all our 70.000+ catalog titles. In most cases the fill rate on back catalog will be quite good after a 2 week period. Preorders of new upcoming titles will only be shipped on the release date. We are always depending on the labels and our suppliers so a 100% fill rate would be our aim but of course but we can never fully guarantee it.
I am a band/label that is looking for European or Benelux distribution how do I proceed?
