Help Me Devil
Help Me Devil
Help Me Devil marks the return of Juan Carlos Parlange, a key player in Spanish punk rock in the 90s, as leader of two of the most important bands in those days (Los Clavos and Los Bonzos). This goes back to his roots, with a sound that is both classic and primitive, like the great albums of 1950s and 60s rocknroll. It was recorded in New York with the production genius of Matt Verta-Ray (Heavy Trash, Speedball Baby) and mastering by Ivan Julian (Voivoids). There was also collaboration from Tami Lynn (Rolling Stones) on the backing vocals of some songs and Mickey Finn (Boss Hog) playing wurlitzer piano.
