Eld och Aska is the debut solo album from acclaimed artist and composer Maja Langbacka. It is a deeply personal work where stillness meets groove in an intimate and expressive sonic world, with voice and fiddle carrying stories of transformation, loss, and homecoming. With her distinctively warm voice, Maja guides the listener through a musical landscape where folk-inspired melodies, organic grooves, and profound quietude coexist. The music is written, recorded, and produced by Maja Langbacka (vocals, fiddle), featuring musicians such as Lisa Langbacka (accordion), Krydda Sundstrom (bass), Joakim Simonsson (piano), and Robin Cochrane (percussion). The album will be released on May 22nd, followed by a nationwide tour.
