Los Intrusos are Mexican, from Ixtapaluca, just outside Mexico City. They sing in Spanish and are inspired by rock'n'roll, punk and 60s garage. Their songs are pure wild garage rock, with fuzz-laden guitars, bone-crunching rhythm section and lysergic organs, all commanded by a powerful and aggressive voice. The band are known for their songs full of screams, out of control and reckless lyrics. They are also known for their eccentric, eccentric, mind-blowing and headbanging shows. If you like 80s garage bands like The Nomads, The Mono Men, The Fuzztones, Lyres... and the proto-punk bands that emerged in the 60s, don't hesitate, Los Intrusos are your new favourite band.
