In "What it Became" the Sextet Quartet, a quartet with a deliberately oblique name, sets down its calling card in nine original pieces: music born at the Vicenza Conservatory, yet already beyond the classrooms discipline. Tenor saxophone, guitar, double bass and drums pursue one another as communicating rooms: threshold-themes, obstinate cells, sudden clearings.
