Sarlic Bliss
Melodies Of A Dying Dawn
Following their highly acclaimed debut *Brægn Hæft* (2023), Sarlic Bliss refine and deepen their musical identity. While traces of black and death metal still resonate on this album, the band's sound has evolved into a deeply atmospheric form of epic doom metal that explores the genre's full emotional and dynamic range. Here, true heaviness is defined not by speed or brutality, but by atmosphere, emotion, and unforgettable melodies. Monumental riffs meet fragile melodies, haunting clean vocals blend with powerful growls, and expansive arrangements give each composition the space to unfold naturally. The result is an album that feels darker, more emotional, and more cinematic than its predecessor. Bassist and keyboardist Daniel Fischer handled engineering, production, mixing, and mastering duties, ensuring the album reflects the band's uncompromising artistic vision from the very first note to the final master. With *Melodies Of A Dying Dawn*, Sarlic Bliss prove once again that melancholy and heaviness are not opposites, but two sides of the same coin.
