In Jazz its not about what you do, but its about what you dont do. With this in mind, combined with blue notes, you get a twisted swing and it becomes very recognizably Bebop. The combination of piano, bass and drums is the ideal basis for a musical jazz party. This CD is the result of friendship, dedication, guts, spontaneity and years of musical discovery. Taking into account that good health is no longer a given for everyone (Remco), that age does not play a role (Jacques) and that experience plus routine provide total peace and harmony (Barry), this trio has risen above themselves.
