Poison Ivies and the Steady is young band formed in 2014 from an idea of Antonella Tambakiotis and Wainer Rimondini, already founders of the well known hillbilly band Wheels Fargo and the Nightingale. The couple searched for a completely different sound and decided to combine some favourite genres: Rock'n'roll and obscure Doo wop and rhythmnblues, adding to the whole sound an exotic ska uptempo, original Studio 1 style! By shaking the mixture, the result is an infectious late 50's / early 60's rhythm that is already spreading its craze among the Rock'n'Roll scene.
