Bossy Love (red)
Les Pick-Ups is a band from Alicante that moves from the most energetic garage punk'n'roll to the most melodic power pop. The band is formed by Patricia, aka Jenny Fuzz (vocals), Sergi Bordestone (guitar), Sandra, aka Shelby Cobra (guitar), TurboPablo (bass) and Alest Bonobo (drums). Although they have sucked from all the rock'n'roll there is, the main influences in their sound take you to the punk and power pop of the late 70's, as well as to the most current punk and rock'n'roll. Groups like Dead Boys, Ramones, The Boys, Teenage Head, Flamin' Groovies, The Vapors, Thee Headcoatees, The Pandoras, The Bobbyteens, Riverdales, Mean Jeans are among their main influences. Now they are releasing their second full-length, 'Bossy Love'. Six years after their previous LP 'Shake and Break', the band comes back stronger than ever, unloading eleven energetic pills, with brilliant guitars, catchy rhythms, powerful vocals and a forceful rhythm section.
