Frances Morton is a highly acclaimed flute-player from Glasgow. Growing up learning piano at a young age, she then took up whistle and flute, attending St Roch's CCE for many years. She won several All-Ireland medals and became active in the session scenes in Glasgow and Edinburgh. This is the debut solo album from Frances Morton. Traditional Scottish and Irish music on flute with accompaniment from Eamon McElholm (Solas, Stockton's Wing), Ciaran Tourish (Altan) and others.
