Ideamen is an exhilarating tango of harmony and thrashing Rock n' Roll. With their influences ranging from Pop to Progressive Rock to Barbershop Metal, Ideamen cant wait to bring their high-energy show to your town! Since their formation in 2006, band members Tim (vocals/keys), Dave (vocals), Mark (bass), Dan (guitar), and Phil (drums), have created a mysterious blend of melody and chaos to form one the most entertaining bands around. The unique antics of dual frontmen, Tim Swanson and Dave Solar are the pillars of Ideamens spine-tingling show. The band performed most of 07 and 08 throughout the Midwest & East Coast, using lush vocal harmonies and juicy guitar & bass hooks to connect with their audiences Now in 2009, Ideamen is proud to announce they have signed on with the Los Angeles based "ROTTEN RECORDS", (Dog Fashion Disco, Polkadot Cadaver), and will be releasing a brand new full-length on October 13. The band is very excited to be working with Rotten, and are ready to hit the road again and support the new release entitled, "May You Live In Interesting Times".
