Sound of Sexy Soul is the second studio album by the American Philadelphia soul group The Delfonics. Released in 1969, the album blends lush string arrangements, gentle horn sections, and the group's signature falsetto harmonies to create a romantic, intimate atmosphere that became their hallmark. Songs on the record move seamlessly between tender ballads and mid-tempo grooves, highlighting both emotive vocals and polished, melodic production.
