The Crimson Shadows are a legendary garage rock band from Stockholm, Sweden, whose wild energy and authentic sound made them cult heroes of the mid-1980s Swedish garage rock revival. The band quickly carved out a name for themselves with fuzz-driven guitars, pounding rhythms, Farfisa organ swirls, and a stage presence that brought the spirit of 1966 roaring back to life. "When I'm Going Away" and "Even I Tell Lies" were both released in 1985 in extremely limited pressings and quickly became collector's items, earning the band underground acclaim across Europe. Rogue Records is very proud to reissue both singles to celebrate their 40th anniversary. Here they come again, carefully remastered from the original tapes, in their wild and uncompromising energy.
