Chicos Y Mendez

Latidos

LATIDOS means "heartbeats" in Spanish. With warm, contemporary alternative Latin pop, Chicos y Mendez celebrates that vital pulse that emerges when our stories resonate with one another. Led by Belgian-Peruvian singer-songwriter David M,ndez Y,pez, Chicos y Mendez has been building bridges between the Latin American and European music scenes for more than ten years. As Chicos y Mendez's third album, Latidos is the most refined expression of this musical journey. Ten songs, like ten heartbeats, made to resonate together on stage. Written, recorded and produced between Belgium, Peru and Quebec, Latidos features collaborations with Boog t, a Quebec-based artist of Mexican heritage, and Belgian singer of Haitian heritage 'Nkey.
