Reissue of energetic speed metallers debut demo, complete with new cover art! A six-song collection of brash, feisty speed metal from one of Germanys best new up-and-coming bands. There is DIY, then there is DIY to the nth degree, something Nuremberg, Germany speed metal outfit Torpëdo knows a thing or two about. The band wrote, recorded, mixed and mastered their debut Mechanic Tyrants demo entirely in their basement. (One that was without a toilet, too.) They did it without a producer and engineer, relying solely on their young ears to ensure the best possible product. Released in June 2019, the reaction from the blossoming Metropolregion Nrg metal scene (which includes the cities of Nuremberg, Fand Erlangen) was swift: The first pressing of Mechanic Tyrants sold out immediately, prompting Gates of Hell Records to jump in to rerelease it for the rest of the world.

DYING VICTIMS
When Sergeant Salsten from Deathhammer took a break from the freezing north and headed over to live down under in Tasmania, he was bound to meet Will Spectre. Despite the many bands and projects always running such as Tarot, The Wizard, Spectre or Dracula, the two teamed up and decided to record some quick and dirty speed Metal. Within a few months, they recorded two tapes with a total of 7 tracks that were only available on tape. This CD reissue is changing it and makes the music available again. Expect raw metal made with almost juvenile passion for this great genre.
