Damned And Dirty, The
Revelation
Fifth album by Dutch band The Damned and Dirty. The album was produced by Mario Goossens of Triggerfinger fame (who also features as the drummer on all of the tracks) and recorded in Daft Studios and The Gorio Hills in Belgium. The title Revelation also refers to the unveiling of a brand-new sound. The new sound has been compared to the early Rolling Stones and Herman Brood's Wild Romance. From a review: "This new album is a different animal from those that precede it, the album has a kind of swampy feel about it, as far removed from the acoustic blues of their earliest effort as is possible."
