"The Unexpected" is the fourth full album by Belgian Darkwave Band DER KLINKE. In the 3 years since the last album "The Gathering of Hopes" (EchoZone) many things have changedin all of the bandmembers' personal lives. The intensity of those 3 years is almost touchable in the well balanced diversity of songs on this album. From their very beginning in 2009 theyve created a sound of their own, a sound that has be-come more developed, professional and mature now. "The Unexpected" is a milestone, They consider it their "Po*nography", "Unknown Pleasures", or "Catastrophe Ballet".
