1 - TWO COW GARAGE - SPEAKING IN CURSIVE - (CD)
SUBURBAN HOME

This Columbus, Ohio 4 piece unleash their career defining album. Often compared to the likes of Lucero, the Drive By Truckers, and Slobberbone, "Speaking In Cursive" finds the band moving past their influences and finding their sound. No strangers to the road, the band have made rocked people's faces off at SXSW, the Fest, Lucero's family picnic, and at least a few Suburban Home anniversary shows. They have toured with Drag the River whose singer, Jon Snodgrass, has personally taken it upon himself to spread their gospel. They have a fall tour planned with Glossary who just got off a tour with Lucero and Jessica Lea Mayfield. The minute Two Cow Garage takes the stage, people can only stand their dumbfounded at the energy and emotion that goes into every song. After releasing 3 really great albums, "Speaking In Cursive" is the one that people will be talking about.

2 - TWO COW GARAGE - SWEET SAINT ME - (CD)
SUBURBAN HOME

This Columbus, OH band's 5th album is one of their strongest sets yet of anthemic roots-punk. Reminiscent of the Replacements, Lucero and even Sprimgsteen at times, Sweet Saint Me is a potent combination of blazing guitars, a pummeling rhythm section and Micah Schnabel's whiskey-stained vocals. While their 3rd album was a poignant portrait of a band ready to pack it in, this one matches its power by reaffirming their love of rock and roll.

TRACKLISTING: 01. Sally I've Been Shot 02. Sweet Saint Me 03. Lydia 04. Jackson Don't You Worry 05. Wanted To Be 06. What Dying Is For 07. Closer To You 08. Angeline 09. My Great Gatsby 10. Soundtrack To My Summer 11. Lucy And The Butcher Knife 12. Insolent Youth 13. Brothers In Arms

3 - TWO COW GARAGE - THE DEATH OF THE SELF PRESERVATION SOCIETY - (LP)
LAST CHANCE

According to TCG guitarist Micah Schnabel, recording their album in a barn-turned-studio in Eden, N.Y. was ideal, as they were isolated from everyday life, therefore putting all of their attention in their music. Ironically, theyve managed to compile an album full of songs about everyday life. With songs like "My Friend Adam" and the title track, they give a disparaging view on modern life and how society is going to shit. The whole albums forte is their cynical yet often poetic lyrics. "Mantle in 56" is a slower, blues-based ballad in which Schnabel compares his life to that of the New York Yankees most valuable player circa 1956, Mickey Mantle. "Hey Cinderella" is kind of a more positive song in a sea of cynicism, telling how the underdog eventually prevails. I enjoyed this album-its very upbeat and has that classic 90s punk rock sound in it. TOP!

TRACKLISTING: 01. The Little Prince And Johnny Toxie 02. Geri (album Version) 03. Stars And Gutters 04. Pantomine 05. Mantle In '56 06. Hey Cinderella 07. My Friend Adam 08. Lost On Youth 09. Van Gogh 10. Annie, Get Your Guns 11. Spiraling Into Control 12. The Deat Of The Self Preservation Society
